Dr. Jerald Cook

Dr. Jerald Cook is a physician and Commander in the US Navy, dual board certified in Occupational Medicine, and Public Health and General Preventive Medicine. He obtained his MS in Environmental Toxicology from the UC Irvine, School of Medicine.

Dr. Cook is in active clinical practice which includes examining and treating workers with musculoskeletal injuries and those with potential exposures to chemicals, infectious diseases, physical hazards and social stressors. His work includes routine work site inspections and ones following incidents requiring investigations. He actively includes functional and lifestyle medicine, promoting adaptive behaviors that improve the health of service members and workers.
